Corking time on the menu

Top city chefs have popped the corks on plans for this year’s Taste of Edinburgh.

The annual food festival takes place in the Meadows from July 6th-8th.

Enjoying a Champagne picnic to get in the mood for the summer event were, from left, Capital cooking gurus Mary Contini of Vincaffe, Paul Whitecross of Angels and Bagpipes, Tony Sarton from Tigerlily, Mark Greenaway of his self-named restaurant and Simon Lannon of Hadrian’s at the Balmoral Hotel.
