Fountainbridge Development Brief - Final Version - 3rd November 2004
The purpose of this report is to present to the Planning Committee a final development brief for the Fountainbridge area and a summary of the responses received during the consultation period. It also indicates the intention to prepare a further associated study focussing on the Tollcross area and its links to the canal.

Approved Fountainbridge Development Brief - 19th December 2004
The area included in the development brief covers 32.5 hectares and encompasses a wide range of uses. (Figures 1 and 2) The existing townscape is dominated by brewery buildings and structures, all of which are likely to be redundant by mid 2005.

The purpose of this report is to seek the approval of the Planning Committee for an amendment to the approved Fountainbridge Development Brief 2004.
