£2000 to spruce up public areas

A PROJECT to improve public areas in Marchmont and Sciennes is up for a £2000 grant.

The scheme includes four new planters, a tree and a noticeboard at Sciennes Primary.

Communities director Mark Turley said: “The project meets the grants fund criteria.”
