SCOTLAND's first Swedish bakery has opened in Edinburgh.
Peter's Yard, staffed by Swedish bakers, is the first commercial business to open at the Quartermile development in Lauriston Place. Customers can watch the bakers at the glass-fronted bakery. To celebrate its opening, the shop is offering a 20 per cent discount on all biscuits and a warm mug of Swedish mulled wine. Peter's Yard is open daily from 7am to 7pm.
