A FORMER leisure centre in the heart of the city is set to be turned into new offices.
Councillors are expected to approve the proposals, which will see a the former fitness centre on Bread Street designated as a new office scheme.
The plans have already won the backing of planning officials, who said that any future office development on the site would add to the character of the surrounding area.
However the site's owners, City Wall Properties, have not yet submitted detailed plans for any future internal works on the building.
