Scotland's debut and sell-out Taste Festival in 2007 is returning on 29th May – 1st June 2008.
Taste of Edinburgh will be hosting over 20 of the city's top restaurants in the glorious surrounds of The Meadows.
Restaurants including Michelin starred Martin Wishart, award-winning Dakota and Forth Floor at Harvey Nichols will be serving up signature dishes in sample sizes and entertaining visitors over the four days.
This year's fantastic features will include the Taste Kitchen where you will find your favourite chefs and food writers running fabulous demonstrations and tastings celebrating the very best of Scottish food.
On the Whisky Tour you will be able to watch and interact with leading industry whisky experts and taste a variety of Scottish whiskies.
Visitors are advised to book early as tickets will sell out.

Chefs serve up taste of city at festival launch
TWELVE of the Capital's top chefs helped launch the programme for this year's Taste of Edinburgh festival.
The festival, which gives visitors the chance to sample dishes from leading restaurants, is expanding following last year's success.
The four-day event at the Meadows, from May 29th to June 1st, will feature, among others, celebrity chefs Antony Worrall Thompson, Andrew Fairlie and Nick Nairn.
