Appeal for relatives of James Redpath

Lothian and Borders Police press release

Police are trying to trace the relatives of a man who died suddenly in Edinburgh yesterday (April 10th).

57-year-old James Stuart Redpath was found dead in his home in Murdoch Terrace.

Mr Redpath was last seen in Andersons Bar on Lothian Road on Tuesday evening, where he was a regular customer.

There are no suspicious circumstances, and a report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

A police spokeswoman said: 'Anyone who might know anything about Mr Redpath's relatives should contact police as soon as possible.'

Anyone with any information should contact Lothian and Borders Police on 0131 311 3131, or Crimestoppers in confidence and complete anonymity on 0800 555 111.
