Farmers' Market set to celebrate on Saturday...
At 11am, 200 balloons will be released to mark the occasion. The market, which started off as a monthly event seven years ago, now attracts around 6000 people and 70 stallholders every week. Recent figures show that it adds £1.16 million to the rural economy, and £800,000 to the city centre economy each year. Source: Edinburgh Evening News
