Older Peoples Week

It’s not the years in your life, it’s the life in your years...

The secret to feeling better and living longer is staying active. And it’s never too late to start.

During Older Peoples’ Week, from 1st-5th October, we’re offering you the opportunity to try out a range of different activities, absolutely free. From low impact aerobics and gym sessions to bodybalance, dancing and Tai Chi. Or, if you have a competitive streak, why not try carpet bowls, table tennis, golf, or badminton?

And if you get a taste for it, our Get Up & Go programme is there to help you go on to set challenging yet achievable goals to achieve a healthy, fun and more active lifestyle. A copy of the new Get Up & Go brochure will be available at all venues.
