9 Hole POWERPLAY Open on Saturday 25th August
9 Hole POWERPLAY Open on Saturday 25th August, at the Princes Golf Course PowerPlay Golf is an exciting new competitive golf format, where golfers attack tougher pin positions to achieve better scores. In half the normal time of an 18 hole round, PowerPlay spices up the the challenge of the round by forcing players to choose between two flag positions on every hole – one black, one white. The black flag is the more difficult pin position, and double stableford points are awarded to golfers who successfully score net birdie or better when going for the 'PowerPlay' black flags. Bonuses are awarded for birdies or better on black flags, so bad rounds can turn into great rounds in an instant! To celebrate our first ever PowerPlay event we have some great prizes on the day for best scores: Best adult score – 9 hole Adult Season Ticket worth £170 Best junior score – Junior Season Ticket worth £50 To find out how to take part, contact us on 0131 447 6666
