Tons of fun stuff for the holidays. Plus free swimming*!
The holidays are nearly here. That s right, school is soon to be a distant memory and the fun is about to begin. Well it certainly will with Edinburgh Leisure. We have got so much going on for children over the holidays it will make their heads spin. We have Activator camps for children up to 12 years old where they can enjoy a whole host of different activities including arts and crafts, bouncy castles, loads of different sporting activities, games, quizzes, visits from special guests and much, much, much more. The children can join in with our fantastically enthusiastic activator teams, who are trained in all things fun and will do everything to make sure every child leaves with a smile and some great memories. For children 9 – 14 years old we would like to introduce our new, Multi Sports camps. This is the camp for those kids that love all things sport, and don t want to just choose one. Our multi sports camps provide a good level of coaching over a range of different sports, which could include tennis, kayaking, judo, squash, trampolining as well as some really cool fitness classes. It s all about giving something new a shot, and maybe finding out they love it. And for those budding young sports stars we have sports specific camps and classes. With so many sites and so many sports they will be spoilt for choice. Tennis at Craiglockhart, gymnastics at Meadowbank, golf at the Princes, swimming at Portobello, the list goes on, and on and on, and you will find all the information you will need at the links below. At Edinburgh Leisure, we’ve the largest children’s coaching programme in the city. Staffed by some of the best coaches in the business. And offering a great mix of sports for kids of all ages, from swimming, tennis and gymnastics to football, basketball, golf – and lots more. It’s a great way for your children to meet new people and learn new skills during the school break. Plus, of course there's free swimming for all primary school kids.* With so much on over the holidays they ll need to go back to school for a rest.
